Skinfinity Clinics is pleased to offer online shopping for dermatologist-recommended skincare and hair care products. Please review our Shipping and Delivery Policy for important information about how we process and deliver your orders.
1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of placement, subject to product availability and payment verification.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- You will receive an order confirmation email with your order details once payment is successfully completed.
2. Third-Party Delivery Partners
All deliveries are fulfilled through our authorised third-party logistics partners. Skinfinity Clinics takes utmost care in selecting reliable delivery partners to ensure your orders reach you safely and on time. However, please note:
- Delivery timelines are subject to the operational schedules and capacity of our logistics partners.
- Skinfinity Clinics is not directly responsible for delays caused by the logistics partner, weather conditions, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Any delivery-related issues (missed delivery, damaged parcels) should be reported to us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
3. Delivery Timelines
- Within Trivandrum: 2–3 business days
- Within Kerala: 3–5 business days
- Rest of India: 5–8 business days
Note: These are estimated timelines and may vary based on the delivery location, order volume, and logistics partner availability.
4. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping is available on orders above a minimum order value (displayed at checkout).
- For orders below the threshold, a nominal shipping fee will be applied and displayed at checkout before payment.
- Additional charges may apply for remote or difficult-to-access delivery locations.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time through our logistics partner’s portal.
6. Non-Delivery or Delayed Delivery
If you do not receive your order within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at glowwithskinfinity@gmail.com or call 6282663715. We will investigate with our delivery partner and provide an update within 2 business days.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Products
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
8. Delivery Address
Please ensure the delivery address entered at checkout is complete and accurate. Skinfinity Clinics and its delivery partners are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
