At Skinfinity Clinics, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with both our clinical services and online product purchases. Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before placing any order or booking an appointment.
A. Clinical Services
Appointment Cancellation
- Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance at no charge.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee.
- No-shows without prior notice will not be eligible for refund of any advance payment made.

Refund for Clinical Services
- Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has taken place.
- Advance payments for treatment packages may be refunded on a pro-rata basis for unused sessions, subject to a processing fee.
- Refunds are not applicable for completed treatment sessions.
- Refund requests for treatment packages must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the last completed session.
B. Online Product Purchases
Cancellation of Orders
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not been dispatched.
- Once a product has been shipped by our third-party delivery partner, it cannot be cancelled.

Return & Refund for Products
- Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- To initiate a return, please email us with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and supporting photographs.
- Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice.
- Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return, except in cases of genuine manufacturing defects.
- Perishable skincare products or products marked ‘Non-Returnable’ are not eligible for return.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
- Skinfinity Clinics is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are accepted only for products that are damaged or defective upon delivery. We do not offer exchanges for change of mind. To request an exchange, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
